How It Works
Every résumé is unique, but the process is always the same, and, contrary to most situations involving job hunting or interviews, this one is relaxed and informal.

While I might assemble layouts and tweak text off-stage, the main part of my job is spent with you! Mostly, we have a conversation—casual and pressure-free—where you tell me about yourself and your work and I ask guiding questions designed to uncover details you might not think to include; things that showcase your expertise, impact, and what makes you stand out. While we chat, I apply my skills in a shared document, transforming your words until they tell your story in a clear, compelling way.
